Proceeding with the historical origin and application field of war room, this paper compares the form, place and type of the enterprise war room, and based on this, clarifies the constituent element of the enterprise competitive intelligence war room, such as the objective, flow, function and tool. The conceptual framework of the enterprise competitive intelligence war room is built, which is made up of module design, simulation platform design and visual interface design so as to construct a new architecture for the enterprise competitive intelligence war room.
