为研究不同减振扣件的减振性能,运用模型试验落锤激励法,测试了铁路上原有的减振扣件(B型扣件)及一种新研发的减振扣件(A型扣件)的减振性能,并从传递率、传递损失及Z振级3个方面进行了减振性能对比分析。结果表明:在4~200Hz范围内,两种扣件各减振指标随频率变化趋势基本相同;两种扣件都具有良好的减振性能,尤其在低频段4~80Hz范围内,但在125Hz附近频率段的减振效果较差,需进一步改进提升;与铁路上原有的减振扣件(B型扣件)相比,新研发的减振扣件(A型扣件)的综合减振性能有了明显提升。
Using the model test of drop hammer excitation method,it tests the damping performance of the original railway vibration fastener(B type fastener) and a new vibration fastener(A type fastener),compares the damping performance in three aspects such as the transmission rate,transmission loss and Z vibration level.The results show that,in the range of 4~200 Hz,the variation trend of the two kinds of fasteners with frequency is basically the same;the two kinds of fasteners have good damping performance,especially in the low frequency range 4~80Hz;but in the vicinity of 125 Hz,vibration damping effect is poor and further improvement is needed.Comparing with the original vibration reduction fastener(B type fastener) on the railway,the comprehensive damping performance of the new kind of vibration damping fastener(A type fastener) is significantly improved.
