比较了四种结构形式FCC提升管快分器油气在沉降器内的停留时间,通过改进提升管出口快分器的结构形式改变油气的流动路线,改变快分器各出口分支路油气的上升速度和油气量的分配,可以缩短油气停留时间,改善油气的停留时间分布。实践证明,要实现油气和催化剂真正意义上的快速分离和油气的快速引出,应该减小或消除沉降器油气流动的低速空间和扩散空间,提高油气的流动速度。
The residence time of oil vapor from four fast separators of different constructions of FCC risers in the disengager is compared. The oil vapor flow is changed by improving the construction of fast separator at the outlet of riser. The oil vapor residence time can be shortened and the residence time distribution can be improved by changing the up-rising velocity of oil vapor at the outlets of fast separator and oil vapor distribution. The practice demonstrates that the low velocity space and dispersion space must be reduced or eliminated in the disengager and oil vapor velocity must be elevated to fast separate the catalyst from oil vapor and rapidly send it out of the disengager vessel.
