通过格构腹板增强复合材料泡沫夹层板的低速冲击试验,分析试件破坏形态及峰值撞击力。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对夹层板的低速冲击性能进行数值分析及试验验证,并通过有限元方法研究纵向格构腹板间距、横向格构腹板间距、面板厚度及芯材高度对峰值撞击力的影响。结果表明:设置格构腹板能减轻试件破坏程度,提高夹层板抗冲击能力。峰值撞击力会随着纵向格构腹板间距、横向格构腹板间距、芯材高度的减小而增大,而面板厚度对峰值撞击力的影响较小。
A low-velocity impact test was carried out on foam core lattice reinforced composite sandwich panels.The failure modes and peak impact forces were analyzed.Numerical analysis was conducted through the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The numerical results were verified with the experimental results.The influences of longitudinal web spacing,transverse web spacing,face sheet thickness and height of core on peak impact force were also investigated. The results show that webs can reduce the damage degree and improve the impact resistance of sandwich panels. The peak impact force increases with the decrease in longitudinal web spacing,transverse web spacing and core height. The effect of face sheet thickness on the peak impact force is small.
