英文摘要：

Based on the analysis of the main factors of knowledge transfer evolution of knowledge service network which includes transfer media, transfer situation, knowledge characteristics and human capital, this paper explores the casual relationship of knowledge transfer evolution, and gets the casual relationship graph. At last, a system dynamics model is built to reveal the evolutionary procedure of knowledge service network, following by simulation analysis and model validation and sensitivity test. The simulation results show that the model could describe the knowledge transfer evolution correctly. These works provide the theoretical basis and guidance of meth- od for the research on evolutionary of knowledge service network.
