提出了一种新的单相双BOOST-APFC拓扑结构和相应的系统控制策略,系统采用DSP实现全数字控制.分析了主电路的拓扑结构及相应的控制模式,提出了基于数字控制的PFC的实现方法.分析表明,上下双侧PFC电路可以进行独立控制,且双侧直流母线电压分别仅与本侧的控制相关.理论分析和仿真表明,该系统具有很高的输入功率因数和较小的输入电流谐波.实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,在5kVA高频模块化UPS样机中实际测试的输入功率因数为cosφ=0.987,输入电流的总谐波畸变率ηTHDi=8.32%,且同时获得稳定的、动态性能良好的直流母线电压输出.
This paper presents a new topology for double BOOST-APFC, and the control strategy of the system based on digital active power factor correction has been researched. system which based on DSE On the Basis of analyzing the principle of the topology of active power factor correction, This topology can be decoupled for two independent boost topology, And the DC-bus voltage of one pair of sides only correlate with control of this side, respectively. The novel control strategy has been presented to used for the double BOOST APFC converter. The experimental results are presented to verify the stability and dependability of the system. As a result, this scheme can achieves excellent characteristics, The harmonic of line is restrained effectively, and the power factor of line is enhanced. the result of theoretical analysis accuracy has verified by experiment in the high frequency modular UPS of 5kVA. the actual test input power factor is cosφ = 0.987, the input current total harmonic distortion ηTHDi=8.32%, and at the same time, the dynamic performance and the stability of output voltage of DC-BUS has been obtained well form the control strategy.
