淮河流域黄鳝体内寄生虫的感染率及季节动态

2014年4月至2015年3月间的春、夏、秋、冬季,在安徽境内淮河流域的阜阳市阜南县曹集镇、淮南市潘集区平圩镇、滁州市凤阳县枣巷乡鲜活野生黄鳝收购点采集体长17.1~67.6cm,体质量23~327g的黄鳝338尾,调查黄鳝寄生虫的流行病学。结果共检出4种寄生虫,其中隐藏新棘虫Pallisentis celatus感染率最高18.9%,大型多构槽绦虫Polyonchobothrium magnum 3.0%,幼旋尾线虫Polyoncobothrium magnum 3.0%,鳗鲡独孤吸虫Azygia anguillae 0.9%。隐藏新棘虫的感染率随体长增长而增加,随季节变化而异,即春季最高,秋季最低。黄鳝体长小于32.5cm时,无隐藏新棘虫感染;体长大于52.5cm时,隐藏新棘虫感染率最高32.26%。3个采样点黄鳝感染的寄生虫种类、感染率、平均丰度均不同。两种寄生虫同时感染黄鳝的比例较低。

英文摘要:

Epidemiology of parasites in vivo were surveyed in 338 samples of rice field eel(Monopterus albus)collected in Anhui section including Caoji town in Funan county, Fuyang city, Pingyu town, Huainan city, and Zhaoxiang town in Fengyang county,Chuzhou City, of Huaihe River basin in spring, summer, autumn and winter from April of 2014 to March of 2015. Four species in Platyhelminth were detected in the host, the maximal infection rate(18.9%) in Pallisentis celatus, followed by Polyoncobothrium magnum(3.0%), Agamospirura sp.(3.0%) and Azygia anguillae(3.3%). The prevalence of P. celatus was shown to be increased with growth in the body length of the host and to be varied with season, with the maximal prevalence in spring, and the minimal in autumn.No P. celatus was observed in the host with the body length of below 32.5 cm, and the maximal prevalence(some 32.26%) was in the rice field eel with body length of above 52.5 cm. There were some differences in the species, prevalence and mean abundance of the parasites in the three sampling sites. There was lower infection rate in the same host infected by two or more different species parasites.
