为解决棉花生产上枯、黄萎病严重的问题,选择遗传基础丰富、综合性状优良的品种为母本,选用性状互补的父本进行改良,期间利用姊妹交增加各优良性状基因的累加和重组几率,在枯、黄萎病混生重病圃,对丰产性进行严格选择;对抗病性进行全生育期鉴定,注重选择低病级、低病株率材料;对纤维品质性状依据农业部棉花品质监督检验测试中心检测结果,按国家棉花品种审定标准筛选;选育出集兼抗枯、黄萎病、高产、优质于一身的棉花新品种‘冀棉616’和‘冀棉315’。
To solve the serious problem of Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt disease in cotton production, the varieties with rich genetic diversity and good comprehensive characters were selected as the female parent and the different resources with complementary properties were selected to cross with the female parent in every generation to improve the defect of the female parent. During the whole breeding progress, sister crossing was applied to increase the good genes accumulation rate and recombination rate. In the serious Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt disease nursery, the selection of high-yield was carried out. Through the identification of disease resistance in whole breeding progress, plants with low disease level and incidence were selected; according to the cotton quality supervision standard of MOA test center, the cotton variety was selected by national variety certification level; high-yield, high fiber quality cotton varieties with Fusarium wilt and VerticiUium wilt resistance were bred such as 'Jimian616' and 'Jimian315'.
