金属塑性成形涉及到多尺度问题,进行多尺度建模仿真是研究金属塑性成形成性一体化理论与技术的重要途径.综述了目前国内外重要的多尺度建模方法,着重分析了多尺度层阶建模思路和结合多个多尺度模型实现多尺度同步耦合响应的建模方法.对进行多尺度建模仿真以研究金属塑性成形成性机理有重要的参考价值.
There exist phenomenon and mechanisms in multiple scales in metal plastic forming.Therefore,multiscale modeling & simulation is a significant way to study the theory and techniques for integration of metal plastic forming and performance control.Herein,most important multiscale modeling methods recently proposed by international scholars are reviewed.Much more attentions are paid on the schematic for multiscale hierarchical modeling and the modeling approach for synchronous responses in multiple scales by coupling two or more multiscale models.The review will be worthy for reference in the work of multiscale modeling and simulation for the study of the integration theory of metal plastic forming and performance control.
