目的研究核糖体蛋白质L21(RPL21)在小鼠下颌第一磨牙牙胚发育过程中的表达状态及其对牙胚发育的影响,推测RPL21在牙胚形态发生过程中可能具有的生物学作用。方法制备具有特异性的RPL21的杂交探针,并使用原位杂交的方法研究RPL21在发育中的牙胚及其它颌面部发育器官中的表达定位。结果 RPL21 mRNA的表达贯穿于牙胚发育的蕾状期、帽状期和钟状期阶段,同时在其它颌面部发育器官中也存在RPL21 mRNA的特异性表达。结论 RPL21可能会通过参与多种多肽的合成从而影响牙胚及其它颌面部器官的发育成形。
Objective To explore the specific expression of ribosomal protein L21(RPL21) in developing tooth germ of mouse embryo,and speculate the possible biological function of RPL21.Methods Specific probe for RPL21 mRNA were designed,in situ hybridization was performed to explore RPL21 mRNA in the developing tooth germ and other cranio-facial organs at different stages.Results Specific expression of RPL21 mRNA was detected in the tooth germs at bud stage,cap stage and bell stage as well as other developing cranio-facial organs.Conclusion RPL21 may participate in the synthesis of various polypeptides which may be related to the morphogenesis of the developing tooth germ and other cranio-facial organs.
