During the period of social transition, the interest of the underclass is undermined as a result of the imbal-anced interest games among different parties. The“group events”can be interpreted as a kind of“mob action”,i. e. ,the young people from the underclass attempt to express their appeal of interest by means of protesting through social media. The social media has become an increasingly important channel for the underclass to express interest requirement, which is known as organized media protest. We analyze the process and reason of organized media pro-test from such aspects as boundary, awareness and dialogue so as to reveal how the young people from the underclass struggle for the rights through organized media protest. Finally,we offer a path that goes around“self-empower-ment”to relieve the organized media protest.
