为快速响应客户的需求,最大限度地减少设计人员的工作量,同时按照客户的不同需求配置个性化数控机床,从数控机床产品配置原理、配置模型建立和配置求解策略等3方面对数控机床整机优化配置技术进行了研究。对配置规则的内容进行了多角度的划分,并设计配置规则的表达模型,提出基于规则和实例推理的数控机床配置设计流程,实现数控机床产品的智能配置。新配置方法缩短了产品的设计周期,降低产品的开发成本,同时实例配置也验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to respond customer demands fast,fully minimize the design workload of the designer,and to configure the individual CNC machine tools according to different needs of customers,the configuration principles,the configuration modeling and the solving strategy are studied in this paper,based on the optimal configuration technology of CNC machine tools.The contents of configuration rules are divided from multiple points of view,and the expression model of configuration rules are designed,the CNC machine configuration design process based on rules and case-reasoning is proposed,which can help CNC machine tools for intelligent configuration.The new configuration technique shortens the product design cycle and reduces product development costs,its feasibility and effectiveness are also verified by the configuration example.
