为寻找新型无污染的淋洗剂,采用复配法将酒石酸与提取的茶皂素进行复配,制得酒石酸-茶皂素复配溶液,比较了酒石酸和酒石酸-茶皂素复配溶液的表面性能与重金属去除能力。结果表明,(1)酒石酸茶皂素复配溶液CCMC值为0.05%,HLB值为24.29,优于酒石酸的CCMC值(0.10%)和HLB值(23.08);(2)通过对不同淋洗剂浓度、振荡时间、pH、离子强度、水土比对重金属Pb2+、Cd2+去除率的影响,得出去除Pb2+、Cd2+的最佳工艺为:振荡时间12h,质量分数7%,pH5.0,Ca(NO3)2浓度0.01mol/L,水土比20:1,在此条件下,2种螯合剂对重金属Pb2+、Cd2+去除率均达最高值,且酒石酸复配溶液对重金属Pb2+、Cd2+去除率高于酒石酸单一处理。
In order to find a new type of green surfactant, the tartaric acid and the extracted tea saponin were combined into one combination solution with the compound treatments. Then the experiment was conducted to compare the surface characteristics of this compound solution and its removal capacity for soil heavy metals. The results showed that: (1)The CCMC and HBL value in the compound solution of tartaric acid and extracted tea saponin were 0.05% and 24.29 respectively, which were higher than those of tartaric acid (0.10%, 23.08). (2)Through the investigation on the effect of leaching surfactant concentration, oscillation time, pH value, ionic strength and the water/soil ratio on the removal rate of Pb2+ and Cd2+ , the optimum technologies were as follows: Oscillation time was 12 h, chelating agent mass concentration was 7%, pH was 5. 0, concentration of Ca(NO3)2 was 0. 01 mol/L and water/soil ratio was 20 : 1. Under these conditions, both dimeric surfaetants had the highest removal rate of Pb2+ and Cd2+ ions in soil, and also showed the better removal effect than that of single tartaric acid.
