利用随机前沿生产函数测算了我国高科技大中型制造业2003--2007年的R＆D效率，得到的主要结论是：我国目前高科技产业大中型制造业R＆D效率一直呈现稳步上升趋势，但总体水平还比较低下．具有很大的改善空间；市场竞争程度与R＆D效率存在显著的正相关；在要素投入中，资本投入是影响R＆D效率的最明显因素，R＆D效率呈现较为明显的资本驱动型。
英文摘要：
The stochastic frontier production function estimates the R＆D Efficiency of large and medium-sized high-tech manufacturing industry in 2003-2007 in China. There are three main conclusions. R＆D efficiency of large and medium-sized high-tech manufacturing in China has shown a steady upward trend, but the overall level is still relatively low, which has large room for improvement. Between the degree of market competition and the efficiency of R＆D, there is a significant positive correlation. Among factor inputs, it is the capital inputs that affect the efficiency of R＆D mostly, and R＆D is becoming capital-driven.
