从毕业人数、就业率、失业率和月平均工资四个指标对台湾研究生就业状况进行了分析,探究了台湾研究生就业中供求失衡、学历优势弱化、薪资增长受阻以及学用落差问题的原因,即是由于台湾高等教育规模过度扩张、研究生供求结构性失衡、产业用人需求变化和博士生就业机会缩减四类因素共同作用的结果。基于产学联合的思想,台湾出台了博士生精英计划和兼顾产学的硕博士培养方案来应对研究生就业问题。
The employment status of Taiwan postgraduates is systematically studied from four indicators: the number of graduates, employment rate, unemployment rate, and average monthly wage. We have investigated the issues of imbalance between supply and demand, the weakness of education superiority, growth retardant of wages and the poor applicability of what we learn, and attributed these issues to the excessive expansion of higher education, structural imbalance between talent supply and demand types, change of structural demand of talent in industry and weak demand of doctoral persons in the labor market. According to the thought of industry-university alliance, Taiwan has executed doctoral elite and master-doctor continuous study programs to deal with employment problems of postgraduates.
