Optical Burst Switching （OBS）is a promising solution for realizing IP/DWDM. In this paper,a data channel scheduling algorithm called PDF is presented for OBS networks. This algorithm supports the proportional DiffServ in the OBS networks. Also the PDF algorithm can provide better transmission reliability for high priority data comparing than the low priority data in the OBS networks. Computer simulations are conducted to verify the performance of this algorithm.
