Organizational identification is one of key topics in organizational researches for western scholars. It was until the first decade of 21st century that organizational identification became a research field in China. Recently, the research publications are getting more and more. The studies on organizational identification in China were analyzed according to concepts/measurements and antecedents/consequences. And the future directions of organizational identification research were put forward based on previous literatures.
