This paper presents one of the teaching explorations of Generative Design Group（2007 ） in School of Architecture,Southeast University.Based on the multi-agent systems and computer programming,the group explores a new method of layout of high-rise building with high-density by digital tool named highFAR.HighFAR provides necessary references for the development of congener architectural application software.
