研究白炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料在疲劳过程中的微观结构与性能变化。试验结果表明:在疲劳过程中,随着疲劳次数的增加,白炭黑的分散程度以及填料网络出现先变好后变差的现象;交联密度先减小后增大再减小,玻璃化温度先降低后升高;疲劳10万次后填料分散非常均匀,Payne效应减弱,复合材料的抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力性能以及耐疲劳性能均较优。
The evolution of microstructure and properties of silica/NR composites during fatigue process was investigated.The experimental results showed that,during the fatigue process,the dispersion of silica and filler network were improved at first and then deteriorated as the number of fatigue cycles increased,the crosslinking density initially decreased,then increased,and eventually would decrease,and the glass transition temperature decreased at first and then increased.After 100 000 fatigue cycles,the filler dispersion was very uniform,the Payne effect was weakened,and the wet skid resistance,rolling resistance and fatigue resistance of composites were good.
