为分析沈丹铁路客运专线本溪段的路基稳定性,为铁路客运专线建设提供依据,利用概率积分法进行了预测,并采用有限元软件ADINA进行了数值模拟。建立三维模型,分析了采空区残余变形对客运专线的影响,并对采空区注浆后的状态进行了模拟分析,得到了注浆前、后沿路基方向下沉、沿路基方向水平移动、垂直路基方向水平移动的数值。研究表明,采空区处于基本稳定状态,地表移动和变形是均匀渐变的,不会出现突然塌陷,但采空区上方出现了应力集中和塑性变形,地表移动仍会对铁路客运专线的运营造成影响,考虑未来可能产生的残采和复采以及铁路行车荷载的作用,也可能会出现老采空区活化,宜采取措施进行加固;对采空区进行注浆后地表的移动和变形值较小,达到了铁路客运专线的要求,采空区注浆能有效地控制地表移动和变形。
In the paper, in order to analysis the roadbed stability of Benxi section of Shenyang to Dandong Railway Passenger Dedicated Line and provide the basis for railway construction, the probability integral method is used to prediction,and the finite element software ADINA is used. The three-dimensional model is established. Analysis the influence of residual deformation for railway and Simulation analysis for the state after the gob grouting. Get the data of subsidence along the direction of roadbed and horizontal movement along the direction of roadbed and horizontal movement along roadbed of perpendicular direction before and after grouting. Research shows the roadbed is essentially steady, the surface movement and deformation changes uniformly and gradually, won 't appear collapse suddenly but above the goal have appeared the stress concentration and plastic deformation, the surface movement will still influence the operation of railway passenger dedicated line, considering the residual mining, compound mining and traffic load of railway, that may also cause old gob activation, should take measures for reinforcement; After grouting of goaf, the surface movement and deformation' s value is lesser, reached to the minimum requirement of railway passenger dedicated line, The gob grouting can effectively control the surface movement and deformation' s value.
