缓解城市交通拥挤,改善交通网络效率是城市经济社会发展的重要议题,实际交通网络的多层次性被证明能改善交通网络性能。多层次的现代城市交通网络中部分车辆受控于交通诱导与控制中心,遵从系统最优原则(SO),而其他出行者服从用户平衡原则(UE),建立了这种多层次混合交通均衡及其等价变分不等式,并推导出了多层次混合均衡的效率损失上界。该效率损失上界与网络层次结构、道路路况、交通需求水平、交通诱导信息渗透率相关,其特殊情况与以前所报道的结果吻合。
Improving urban traffic congestion and transportation network efficiency is important issues of urban economic and social development. The performance of transportation network has been verified to be improved with the help of the hierarchical network structure. In modem multilevel transportation network, some vehicles are controlled by the traffic guidance and control center, and obey system optimal (SO) principle. Others observe the principle of user equilibrium (UE). The multilevel mixed equilibrium and equivalent variational inequalities are established. In addition, upper bounds of efficiency loss of the mixed transport equilibrium is deduced, which is related to network hierarchy, road conditions, traffic demanding level, and traffic guidance information. The special circumstances are similar to the results previously reported.
