Taking Chengyang village and Dongcun village as an example, the paper analyzes their process of non-agriculturalization and urbanization from the angle of household differentiation, considering their representative in the development of suburb village in littoral province, and naming it Chengyang model. Then the paper analyzes its cause of formation and its typical characteristic. At last, the paper points out that countermeasures should be taken to break out the household concurrent business condition and urge household to divide thoroughly, carrying out the transformation from village to town smoothly.
