为了分析研究粒度对煤孔隙特征的影响,采用收集某矿煤样分别破碎筛分出3个不同粒径煤粒进行压汞实验。结果表明:阶段孔体积的分布曲线符合高斯函数,阶段比表面积的分布曲线符合Power函数;孔体积与比表面积具有相关性,其相关性随着孔径的增加而不断减小,进而分析了造成该现象的原因是由于煤样中存在微裂隙的影响;粒度影响煤粒孔体积的本质原因是煤样粒度改变了粒间孔体积大小,而粒内孔体积几乎不随粒度的改变而改变;孔直径小于1 000 nm的煤体孔隙孔体积和孔比表面积均具有明显的分形特征。
In order to analyze the effect of particle size on coal porosity, coal samples from a coal mine with three different particle sizes were crushed and sieved to carry out mercury intrusion experiment. The results show that: the distribution curve of phase pore volume conforms to Gauss function and the distribution curve of specific surface area conforms to Power function; the pore volume has a correlation with the specific surface area, and the correlation decreases with the increase of pore size, the reason of this phenomenon is that there are micro fissures in the coal sample; the essential reason of the particle size affecting coal pore volume is that the partial size changes the size of the intergranular pore volume, and the intragranular pore volume does not change with the particle size; the pore volume and specific surface area of the coal whose pore diameter is less than 1 000 nm has obvious fraetal characteristics.
