This article is based on the extracted of traditional Chinese medicine,analysis of the extraction process in the Cnidium what impact the effective ingredients： alcohol concentration,alcohol consumption,soaking time,extraction time.By orthogonal experiment to select the optimum process conditions and detect the content by UV spectrophotometer.The results showed that： use 95% ethanol,12 times of dugs＇ weight,soaked 2 hours,and then microwave-assisted 5 minutes.Though this processes received the highest content of osthol,and compared to traditional processes,greatly shortening the time.
