目的:建立莱菔子中芥子酸乙酯的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:RP-HPLC法测定。HypersilODS2色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果:芥子酸乙酯含量在4.88~78.08μg范围内线性良好,回收率为101.45%,RSD为1.97%。结论:该方法简便灵敏,适合莱菔子的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for determing polysaccaride content of Sinapic acid ethyl erther by HPLC. Meth- ods : HPLC method was selected to determine the content. The separation was performed on an analytical Hypersil ODS2 column. The mobile phase was acetonitril - water. The UV detector was set at 320 nm. Results: Linear range of determination of Sinapic acid ethyl erther was 4.88-78.08 μg, the mean recovery was 101.45% for Sinapic acid ethyl erther, RSD 1.97%, (n = 6). Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibility.
