单核细胞趋化因子Mig又称为趋化因子CXCL9(Cys-X-cys ligand 9),即IFN2-γ诱导的单核因子,是趋化因子γ-亚家族(CXC-chemokines)的一员。Mig的特异性受体是CXCR3(CXC-chemokinereceptor 3)。近来研究表明,趋化因子受体CXCR3在多种肿瘤中高表达,与其配体Mig特异性结合后,可调控肿瘤的增殖和转移,并影响肿瘤患者的预后。
