根据2010年春季赤潮爆发过程中赤潮高发区的调查数据,研究了东海赤潮高发区典型ZA断面各种形态氮的持续变化过程。结果表明,在调查区域赤潮爆发过程中,浮游植物对氮存在明显的吸收作用;各种形态氮中主要成分呈现"NO3-N→DON、PN→NO3-N"的转化趋势,即在4月赤潮前期至5月赤潮爆发期间,氮存在着由无机态向有机态、颗粒态的转化现象,而在赤潮后期,有机态、颗粒态氮则向无机态转化,浮游植物对氮存在明显的转化作用。
Based on the field data obtained in three cruises during the red tide from Apr.to Jul.in frequent HAB area,East China Sea,not only the theoretical relation of DIN and salinity only under the influence of physical mixing are proposed and the deviations between survey and theoretical value are compared,but also the continuous changes of nitrogen forms in section ZA are discussed.The results show that the absorption effect of phytoplankton on nitrogen was obvious during the red tide.Meanwhile,the main component of nitrogen transformed from DIN into DON and PN in upper layer,and then from DON and PN into DIN during later period of red tide,that is transformation effect of phytoplankton on nitrogen was obvious as well.
