从建立大学生网络诚信档案、构建大学生网络道德奖惩机制、形成网络素养教育督导评估机制以及经费保障机制等四个方面进行深入研究,构建了一套大学生网络素养教育评价体系;提出从"学生、学校、家庭和社会"四个维度进行有机整合,创建"学生-学校-社会-家庭"四位一体的"95后"大学生网络素养培育机制。
This paper deeply studies the establishment of credit archives of college students network, the con-struction of college students’network moral rewards and punishment mechanism, the formation of network litera-cy education supervision and assessment mechanism and guarantee mechanism of funds, constructing a set of stu-dents’network literacy education evaluation system. It puts forward the organic integration from the four dimen-sions of“student, school, family and society”, creating the“post 95”college students’network literacy cultiva-tion mechanism.
