搅拌作为胶结充填关键环节,它的优劣直接影响水泥分散效果、料浆输送性能,以及水泥单耗和充填体强度。然而目前膏体充填技术研究主要集中于尾砂浓密、管道输送及充填体力学性能等方面,极少涉及料浆的搅拌过程。随着膏体充填技术的发展,膏体搅拌环节的不足逐渐暴露:多尺度物料弥散效果差、均质化困难,致使胶凝材料水化不充分;单套搅拌设备能力不足,限制了整个系统充填能力的提升;颗粒混合弥散运移规律及低效区消除等关键问题无法解决。目前暂无性能优异的膏体专用搅拌机,主要借鉴混凝土搅拌设备及工艺,由于全尾砂物料细、料浆黏度高、屈服应力大,导致混合分散困难,设备适应性差、能力不足等。因此,发展大流量膏体专用搅拌工艺及其配套设备迫在眉睫。
As a critical technology of cemented backfill,mixing directly influences dispersion effect of Portland cement,slurry transportation property,unit consumption,and filling body's strength. However,the current study of paste backfill pays more attention to thickening of tailings,pipeline transportation and mechanical property of filling body,seldom to mixing process of slurry. With the development of paste backfill,the shortcomings of mixing procedure have been exposed gradually: Multiscale materials' poor dispersion effect and its difficulty on homogenizing make binding material hydrated insufficiently; The inadequate capacity of one device restrains the improvement of the whole fill system; it is difficult to solve such key problems as the law of particle mixing dispersion migration and eliminate low-efficiency area. There is no excellent paste-exclusive mixer so far. Most of mixers are imitating concrete mixing equipment and technology,which couldn't fit paste backfill very well and performed poorly because of fine particle of tailings,high viscosity of slurry,high yield stress and difficult mixing dispersion. In conclusion,it is essential to develop high flow paste-exclusive mixing process and its corollary equipment.
