在危险品运输路径选择过程中,由于客观事物的复杂性,部分已知信息往往是不确定的,这给选择最优路径带来了很大的困难.文中先利用不确定的扩展加权算术平均算子对评估矩阵中的不确定语言评估信息进行集结,然后利用不确定语言混合集结算子对全体决策者给出的决策方案综合属性评估值进行集结,进而利用可能度矩阵确定最优的运输路径,最后用算例验证了方法的可行性.
In the process of selecting hazardous material route,because of the complexity of the objective thing,some given information are often uncertain,which bring great difficulties for selecting the best route.Firstly,the uncertain linguistic evaluation information of the route was concentrated by uncertain expanded weighted arithmetic averaging operator.Secondly,the synthetic attribute evaluation value of the route was concentrated by uncertain linguistic hybrid aggregation operator,and the best transportation route was ascertained by the possibility matrix.Finally,an example shows the method is feasible.The decision-making methods of hazardous material can help the government supervision and management department choose the best route under uncertain linguistic environment.
