利用混合酸和氨水对催化裂解法制备的碳纳米管进行纯化和表面改性,然后研究了纳米氧化锡包覆碳纳米管。光谱实验结果表明,经过混合酸纯化和氨水改性后,碳纳米管表面拥有丰富的羟基、羧基和氨基等官能团。电子显微图像显示,通过回流和煅烧处理能够将纳米氧化锡包覆在碳纳米管的表面上。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) synthesized by the catalytic chemical vapour decomposition method (CVD) were purified and modified by acid mixture and ammonia at boiling. The nano tin oxide coating of MWNT was obtained from block tin and nitric acid. The result of spectral analysis illuminates that there are many carboxyl, hydroxyl and amino groups on the wall of MWNT after treated by the mixture of acid and ammonia. The electron microscope images show that the modified MWNTs could be coated by tin oxide nano-particles after refluxed and calcined.
