网络化指挥信息系统已成为现代化战争必不可少的重要组成部分,其效能评估也越来越受到人们的重视。利用基于最优传递矩阵的改进层次分析法确定各指标权重值,结合灰色聚类方法和专家打分结果对各项指标值进行量化,定量计算出网络化指挥信息系统各项效能评估灰色聚类,从而实现了对效能的量化评估。最后,通过实例计算和分析,实现对系统效能的综合评估,所得结论具有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：
The networked command information system has become an important and necessary part of modem war. The evaluation of its effectiveness has become more and more concerned. To weight value of importance of each in- dex, an improved analytical hierarchy process （AHP） based on the optimal transfer matrix is used. In the model, every index is quantitatively analyzed and the value of grey cluster of each subset effectiveness is calculated based on the grey cluster method and the result of experts. As a result, a quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness is a- chieved. Finally, as an example, the model is used to evaluate the effectiveness of a system, and the result shows that the model is of some practical value.
