速度管柱工艺是水平井排水采气的重要举措,目前已在川西地区应用37口气井,排水、稳产和经济效果显著。然而,启动压力高、启动困难一直制约着该技术的推广应用。综合考虑外部注气条件、举升方式、连续油管尺寸与沉没度等影响因素,新建了不同条件下的启动压力模型,形成了启动压力计算方法,结合影响因素分析,针对性地提出了技术对策,解决了启动困难的实际问题。
As the important drainage technology,coiled tubing has been applied in more than 37 gas wells in West Sichuan,which can drain,keep production and guarantee economic benefit.However,the technology has been restricted by difficulty in starting and high start-up pressure.The new physical starting model has been built according to the external gas injection condition,the lift method,the size and submergence depth of coiled tubing,and a method for calculating the starting pressure is formed.Through the research on the influence factors,the technical countermeasures was provided to solve site problems.
