英文摘要：

Archival cultural communication is a comprehensive subject which compromise archival science, information science, culture science,commu- nication science and philosophy, its theoretical basis includs archival value theory, information resources development and utilization theory, culture sharing theory, mass communication theory and people-ori- ented theory.The relation of these theories can be showed as a funnel. In this funnel, archival value the- ory is located at the bottom and the core,information resources development and utilization theory is locat- ed at the second floor, culture sharing theory is locat- ed at the third floor, mass communication theory is lo- cated at the forth and the top floor, people-oriented theory throughouts the archival cultural communica- tion theory system from bottom to top.
