沿海地区低矮房屋大多系村民自建,由于缺乏合理设计和规范施工。结构抗风措施比较简单,台风发生时往往造成大面积破坏。为了研究沿海低矮房屋在强风作用下的易损性,文章采用理论分析的方法,通过ANSYS建立一个三层无筋砌体有限元模型,以顶部位移为性能指标并充分考虑其结构材料性能的随机性,对结构进行非线性动力时程分析得到风速和结构响应的关系,对结构进行与静力非线性分析定义结构四种破坏状态,最后依据可靠度理论计算得到结构在不同破坏状态下的易损性曲线。并计算在该地区50年和100年一遇风荷载作用下结构发生不同破坏状态的概率大小,分析了此类房屋的抗风能力。
The coastal low houses are mostly self-buih, which lack rational design and standardized construction. They often suffer a great destruction from the attack of typhoon. In order to study the vulnerability of low houses under strong wind by theoretical analysis, I establish finite element model of a three layer masonry by ANSYS. Firstly, take the top of the structure displacement as the key indicator, and define four different damage states of the structure. Secondly, calculate top displacement response with different fluctuant wind load, and induce the relationship between structural response and wind speed. Finally, according to the theory of structural reliability we get fragility curves at different damage states. Calculate the different damage state probabilities of the structure under wind loads of 50 and 100 years, analysis the anti-wind capability of such houses
