以草鱼鱼骨为载体,采用水热法制备了草鱼鱼骨(GCB)负载金属卤化物催化剂(MX2/GCB)。采用FT-IR、XRD、ICP-OES、比表面积及孔径分析仪等手段对载体和催化剂进行了表征,并将制备的催化剂用于苯甲醚与乙酸酐的酰化反应,考察了反应条件对酰化反应的影响以及催化剂的重复稳定性能。结果表明,在催化苯甲醚与乙酸酐的酰化反应中,ZnBr2负载量为1mmol/g的ZnBr2/GCB的催化活性最高,在反应时间6h、催化剂用量2.0g的条件下,乙酸酐的转化率可达85.4%,对甲氧基苯乙酮的选择性为97.2%,催化剂重复使用5次后仍具有较高的活性。
The grass carp bone(GCB)supported metal halides catalysts(MX2/GCB)were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by FT-IR,XRD,ICP-OES and specific surface area analysis.The effects of reaction conditions and stability of MX2/GCB in the Friedel-Crafts acylation of anisole and acetic anhydride were studied.The results indicated that the highest conversion85.4% of acetic anhydride with p-methoxy acetophenone selectivity of 97.2% was obtained with ZnBr2/GCB containing 1mmol/g ZnBr2,under the reaction time of 6hand the ZnBr2/GCB amount of 2.0g.Furthermore,the ZnBr2/GCB catalyst still had higher activity within five times reused.
