介绍一种光纤型反射镜的制备方法和过程。该方法基于化学原理,在光洁光纤端面镀上一层较高反射率的银层,介绍了反射镜制作过程。阐述了该光纤反射镜的反射率参数的测量方法,并实验测量了反射率。最后,分析了溶液浓度、温度、pH值等各种因素对镀膜速率、膜反射率等因素的影响,说明镀膜过程中应注意的事项。该方法可为光纤光学实验提供所需的光纤反射镜,也可基于该方法开设光纤型反射镜的教学型实验课程。
The method and procedure of the fabrication of fiber mirrors were introduced.With the method based on chemical principles,a silver(Ag) coating with high-reflectivity on the end face of fiber was achieved.The method of measuring reflectivity was also demonstrated,and the reflection of the fiber mirror was experimentally measured.The influence of solution concentration,temperature and pH value on coating velocity and reflectivity are analyzed.The consideration in the experiment is also illustrated.With this method,the fiber mirrors for fiber optic experiments can be provided.The experiment based on this method can be treated as a part of an optics experimental course.
