We take laboratory center of college of environment in Liaoning University as an example,through reforms and practices of construction and management mode of laboratory center of science college that belongs to provincial ＂211＂ institutions,we analyse the main problems which exist in laboratory management and explore the solutions to the problems from two aspects of laboratory,both hard environment and soft environment.In addition,according to the new problems arising in the development process,we put forward a couple of constructive solutions,which provides reference for the reforms and innovations of the university laboratory construction and management mode.
