根据零传动滚齿机YK3610的工件主轴和滚刀主轴的设计结构,分析了其热源及热变形机理,以此为基础,分析热变形对滚齿加工精度带来的影响,并建立了误差的数学模型;最后提出了对热变形进行误差补偿的简单方法。
The thermal fountainhead and the mechanism of the thermal distortion were analyzed based on the design structure of the YK3610 direct-drive hobbing machine. The effect of thermal distortion on machining precision was discussed and the mathematic model of the error was built. The methods of the compensation for the thermal distortion were presented.
