英文摘要：

According to the current progress of marine safety evaluation, it is considered that the marine safety evaluation should be made based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods. To achieve this, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive marine safety evaluation model is constructed; the selection of evaluation indexes, the establishment of index system and the determination of index weight are researched for this model. Finally, this model is applied to the marine safety assessment of company ＂A＂ ; the result shows that this company urgently need strengthening the construction of shipping enterprise safety culture, the management and the training of the crew＇s psychological quality. This study provides a tool and method for the marine safety evaluation of shipping enterprises.
