目的探讨细胞毒T淋巴细胞相关抗原4（CTLA4）在原发性高血压（EH）患者中的表达及其意义。方法选择EH患者40例（EH组）、正常健康体检者41例（对照组），以甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶为内参，运用半定量RT-PCR技术检测两组外周血中CTLA4的水平，应用多媒体图象分析软件进行灰度扫描并比较。结果与对照组比较，EH组CTLA4水平明显升高（0．55±0．23vs0．29±0．17，P〈0．01）。结论CTLA4在EH患者外周血中表达增加，提示CTLA4可能与EH的发病有关。

Objective To explore the expression of cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 （ CTLA4 ） in patients with essen tial hypertension （EH）, and its relationship with EH. Methods The expressions of CTLA4 in peripheral blood of 40 pa tients with EH （case group） and 41 normal subjects （control group） were detected using the semi-quantitative RT-PCR technology, and glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase were used as the internal control. The muhimedia image analy sis software was used for gray scale scanning, and analyzed and compared the expression differences. Results The expres sion of CTLA4 in EH was significantly higher than that in normal subjects （0.55 ±0.23 vs 0.29 ±0.17, P 〈0.01 ）. Con clusion The expression of CTLA4 is higher in EH. CTLA4 may involve in the develooment of EH.
