基于三维弹塑性有限元模型,采用动态显式算法模拟一系列不同长度子弹以相同速度打击AL6061-T6铝合金试样的分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验,得到了试样的应力一应变关系。与实验结果对比,两者吻合较好,验证了SHPB测试原理的合理性。模拟结果表明,子弹长度越长,试样的最大应力和塑性变形越大。
Based on 3D elastic plastic finite element model,split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) experiment on the AL6061-T6 with a series of varying length of striker bar,is simulated under the identical velocity by using dynamic explicit algorithm. The stress-strain response of specimen is obtained. Comparison with the experimental results ,computational ones has better agreement,as verifies the measurement principle of SHPB. Simulation results also indicate that the longer the striker bar,the larger maximum stress and plastic deformation of specimen.
