目的研究天麻Gastrodiaelata的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等各种色谱技术对天麻50%乙醇提取物进行分离,根据其所得化合物的理化性质与UV、IR、MS、NMR等光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从天麻50%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为1-furan-2-yl-2.(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethane-1,2-dione(1)、2,4-bis(4.hydroxybenzl)-phenol(2)、4-(甲氧甲基)苯基-1-O-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、1-furan-2-yl-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone(4)、巴利森苷B(5)、巴利森苷C(6)、{1-[4-(D-D-吡哺葡萄糖-(1→3)-B-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧)苄基],2-[4-(B-D-吡哺葡萄糖氧)苄基]}柠檬酸酯(7)、bis(4-hydroxybenzyl)sulfide(8)、对羟基苄基二硫醚(9)。结论化合物1为未见报道的新化合物,命名为天麻呋喃二酮,化合物9为该属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Gastrodia elata. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the 50% ethanol extract of G data, whose structures were determined as 1-furan-2-yl-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethane-1, 2-dione (1), 2, 4-his (4-hydroxybenzl)-phenol (2), 4-(methoxymethyl) phenyl-l-O-B-D-glucopyranoside (3), 1-furan-2-yl-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone (4), parishin B (5), parishin C (6), {1-[4-B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-J3-D-glucopyranosyloxy) benzyl], 2-[4-(B-D-glucopyranosyloxy) benzyl]} citrate (7), bis (4-hydroxybenzyl) sulfide (8), and di-(p-hydroxybenzyl) disulfide (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named gastrofurodione, and compound 9 is isolated from this genus for the first time.
