产学研合作网络是国家创新系统的重要组成部分,在此,利用专利大样本数据,刻画了我国产学研合作网络结构特性及演化。研究发现:2000年前产学研合作网络关系较松散,2000年后合作网络呈现无标度与群聚性“双重”结构特征,合作关系从低级点对点向复杂网络化演进。演进中地理临近性对产学研合作的空间阻隔不断减弱,主体网络关系异质性和科技创新资源集聚效应逐渐增强,导致合作主体间路径依赖及发展不平衡等现象。研究表明应优化配置创新资源来促进合作网络空间合理布局,激活企业创新的主体性功能,促进我国产学研形成良性互动的“三螺旋”交互式创新,推进国家创新系统向创新生态系统不断演进。
Industry-University-Research(IUR) cooperation network has been the important part of national innovation system. Based on big data sample of patents, this study explores the structural characteristics and evolution laws of IUR cooperation networks in China. The results show that the IUR cooperation presented loose network relationship before the year of 2000, after then, the dual structural characteristics of scale-free and clustering were identified, which was evolved from the low- er-level point to point relationship toward the advanced complex network evolution. In evolution, it is increasingly weaken for the geographical proximity to cooperative space barrier. It is gradually strengthened for the subjects' network relationship heterogeneity and agglomeration effect of technol- ogy innovation resource, leading to the cooperative path dependent among subjects and imbalance de- velopment etc. The study suggests that it is still needed to allocate innovation resources, optimize IUR cooperation network structure with reasonable layout, and activate the subject function of enter- prise innovation, to promote IUR collaboration to be the "triple helix" interaction innovation net work, and then drive the national innovation system to be innovation ecosystem.
