铁路网抗毁性是指发生内部或外部突发事件,引起设施或服务失效后,网络性能维持和恢复到一个可接受程度的能力。在设施修复和运输调度策略下,铁路网的适应性和恢复性,是其抗毁性分析的重要方面。本文在分析铁路网抗毁性的基础上,建立铁路网抗毁性评估模型,提出以旅行时间为测度的网络可达性和区域可达性指标及其计算方法,并实证分析2008年雪灾对铁路网的影响。结果表明,与基于营业里程测度的可达性指标相比,基于旅行时间测度的可达性指标更符合实际情况。
The survivability of the railway network means the ability of the network to survive major and minor failures in network infrastructures and service platforms caused by unexpected emergent accidents,external or internal.The adaptability and restoration of the railway network under infrastructure repair and transport control are the important aspects of survivability analysis.In this paper,the survivability assessment model of the railway network is proposed on the basis of survivability analysis.The survivability indicators and their calculation method are proposed by the accessibility based on the measure of the travel time within the network and region,and this assessment method is used to analyze the impact of the snow disaster on the railway network in 2008.The results show that the accessibility based on the measure of the travel time corresponds with the actual situation,comparing to the accessibility based on the measure of operation mileage.
