作为锂电池中重要的一部分,聚合物隔膜在电池中的成本达20%-30%,然而传统的采用液态电解液的锂电池常因漏液等问题造成安全隐患,使用聚合物电解质可以避免这一问题,提高电池的安全性能,并可实现电池的薄型化、轻便化和形状可变等优点,进一步提高能量密度。介绍了锂离子电池电解质材料的选择原则,并对聚氧化乙烯(PEO)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)等几类凝胶聚合物电解质的特点、功能及研究情况逐一进行了介绍。
As an important part of lithium batteries, the cost of polymer membrane takes about 20% to 30% of the whole battery. While traditional lithium batteries adopting liquid electrolyte always suffer from leaking, this may cause some safety problems. The polymer electrolyte was introduced, containing the liquid electrolyte in its polymer matrix and free of leaking problem. What's more, polymer electrolyte makes it possible for batteries to be thinner, lighter, and more variable in shape and may achieve higher energy density. In this paper, the principles to choose suitable polymer for electrolyte was introduced, and the properties and progress history of three kinds of polymer for electrolyte, polyethylene oxide (PEO),polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were summed up.
