以草酸为络合剂,采用共沉淀法制得前驱体,再在氧气气氛中、500℃下煅烧2h,制备纳米多孔钴酸锌(ZnCo2O4)材料。XRD、SEM、透射电镜(TEN)和热重.差热分析(TG-DTA)测试结果表明:材料是由纳米颗粒(20—50nm)组成的纯相多孔ZnCo2O4,前驱体的热分解有2个明显的热失重过程。电化学性能测试结果表明:在0.01—3.00V充放电,当电流为100mA/g时,首次、第50次循环的放电比容量分别为1443.2mAh/g和1275.1mAh/g;当电流为500mA/g、1000mA/g和1500mA/g,平均放电比容量分别为1039mAh/g、854mAh/g和636mAh/g。
Zinc cobaltate( ZnCo2 04 )material with porous nanostructure was prepared by using oxalic acid as complex agent to pre- pare precursor by co-precipitation method and calcining at 500 ℃ for 2 h in oxygen atmosphere. The test results of XRD, SEM, transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and thermal gravimetrlc-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) showed that the material had a high purity and a good crystallinity,composed of uniform ZnCo204 nanocrystals with a diameter of 20 ~ 50 nm. Two distinct weight loss steps were found in the TG process. The test results of electrochemical performance tests showed that when cycled in 0. 01 ~ 3.00 V and at the current of 100 mA/g,the specific discharge capacities of initial and 50th cycle were 1 443.2 mAh/g and 1 275. 1 mAh/g, respectively, at the current of 500 mA/g, 1 000 mA/g and 1 500 mA/g, the average specific discharge capacities were 1 039 mAh/g,854 mAh/g and 636 mAh/g,respeetively.
