利用Fluent软件,对工作面物理模型考虑为多孔介质区域、真实情况、支架与多孔介质区域,结合使用三种条件下的工作面及采空区流场进行了分析,通过分析流场分布得到合理的工作面物理模型设置方法。结果表明:三种工作面物理模型设置情况下的工作面空间流场分布有很大差别;工作面设置为真实情况、支架与多孔介质区域结合使用时的上隅角瓦斯浓度及采空区流场却相差无几,而将工作面考虑为多孔介质区域时,与其它两种情况相比,其上隅角瓦斯浓度、采空区流场分布有较大差异。因此,若对工作面空间流场分布进行研究时,应根据工作面布置的实际情况(支架、采煤机、刮板运输机等),建立与之相符的物理模型进行求解;若对上隅角瓦斯浓度及采空区流场分布进行研究时,为减少建模的复杂程度,可在工作面设置有支架的基础上,将工作面考虑为多孔介质来处理。
By using Fluent software, this paper is to pursue a simulation for the airflow field and gas distribution of three different cases, which consider the working face physical model as porous media region, reality, supporter combined with porous media region, then a reasonable physical model of working face we can get after analyze the distribution of flow field.The research can give us the following conclusions: (1) The working face airflow of the three different cases has a great change; When the working face is set to reality, supporter combined with porous media region, the concentration of gas in upper corner and flow field in goaf is not much difference, While only sets the working face to porous media region, compared with other two cases, the gas concentration in upper corner and goaf flow field distribution has great difference.So if we study on working face wind flow distribution, we should be established the physical model on the basis of the actual working face situation( supporter, coal cutter, drag convey-er) .But if we study on the gas concentration in the upper corner and the flow field distribution in goaf , in order to reduce the complexity of modeling, we can firstly set the working face with supporter, then consider it as porous media region.
