This paper analyzes the structure of B-Spline Curve with local shape adjustment parameters, proposes the method of using transformation matrix with adjustment parameters to generate the control points,and then obtains the method of the objective Cubic B-Spline Curve with shape parameter. The study explores the influence of parameter change on the curve and the continuity conditions for genera- ting Spline Curve at the splice point.
