水泥基碳纳米管混凝土可以充分发挥其优良性能,但由于碳纳米管的成本而导致碳纳米管混凝土研究与应用滞后.因此,分别对碳纳米管喷射混凝土的单轴受压应力一应变曲线、弹性模量、泊松比进行了试验研究,并将其与普通喷射混凝土、钢/仿钢纤维喷射混凝土、仿钢/聚丙烯纤维喷射混凝土进行了比较分析,最终确定了以cBSOOio-ZOio推荐公式作为碳纳米管喷射混凝土的应力一应变方程,同时也给出了弹性模量计算公式以及泊松比侧试结果.由破坏形态和本构关系可知,碳纳米管喷射混凝土的韧性及延性均优于其它各组喷射混凝土.
Carbon nanotubes reinforced cement-based concrete can give full play to their excellent properties,but the limitation of the cost of carbon nanotubes make the research and application of carbon nanotubes concrete lag behind.Therefore,the experiments of carbon nanotubes shotcrete with uniaxial compressive stressstrain curve,elastic modulus,and Poisson'ratio are researched and compared with those of the ordinary shotcrete,steel/macro-synthetic fibers shotcrete,and macro-synthetic/polypropylene fibers shotcrete.Finally,the recommended formula GB50010—2010 is determined as a stress-strain equation for carbon nanotubes concrete,and at the same time,the formula of elastic modulus and the experimental results of Poisson'ratio are obtained.The failure pattern and constitutive relations show that toughness and ductility of carbon nanotubes are superior to other groups of shotcrete.
